Which doctor should I see?
On the Doctors page, search or tap a speciality (Skin, Mind, General, Brain & spine). If you're not sure, call 97977 96909 and reception will guide you.
What if it's an emergency?
Don't book online. Eternal Polyclinic is not an emergency service. Go to the emergency department at SDH Hospital, right opposite (open 24 hours), or call 112.
Do I need an account to book?
No. Choose a doctor, a day and a time, add your name and mobile number, and send the request on WhatsApp. Reception calls you to confirm the slot.
Will anyone know why I'm visiting?
The website only asks for your name and number, and saves nothing. The booking message names your doctor, never the speciality or the reason for your visit. Like any WhatsApp message, it stays in your chat, so delete it if others use your phone.
How much does a consultation cost?
₹300 per consultation, for every doctor.
Can I get scans and tests done here?
Yes. The clinic has ultrasound, echo and cardiac imaging, diagnostic lab and in-house pharmacy in-house. Call 97977 96909 to ask about timings.
What should I bring?
Old prescriptions, any test reports, and a list of the medicines you take now.
Where exactly is the clinic?
Opposite SDH Hospital, Sopore, in the Old Municipal Office building. The Contact page has a map and directions. If you can't find it, call 97977 96909.
